Before being homogenized with the other cream pâté components, the meat has repeatedly interacted with various broth media, enriched with fresh vegetables, spices and herbs. Pure cow butter and cream are produced and supplied by renowned European producers, with a guarantee of natural origin and high quality. The taste note of white truffle is achieved through the added infused olive oil with white truffle, local spices and herbs.
